We organized the floorplate into three distinct zones: a luxury hospitality-grade client reception lounge, sound-isolated executive meeting suites, and an ergonomic open daylight work commons.

Curved acoustic micro-perforated wood paneling, bespoke terrazzo reception monolith, and indirect circadean lighting systems designed to enhance productivity across extended work hours.
