Architectural Interiors, Complete Joinery & Art Curation
THE BRIEF
What the client wanted
Create a contemporary sprawling estate for multi-generational living, uniting private personal suites with expansive courtyards and formal entertaining lounges.
OUR APPROACH
How we approached the design
Every room was planned with sightlines extending towards manicured landscaped courtyards. We used a muted, earthy palette to soften the substantial concrete and steel structural framing.
THE DESIGN
Concept, Materials, Furniture & Lighting
Extensive custom furniture designed and manufactured in-house by Artique Studios, including sculptural solid walnut dining tables, tailored velvet sofas, and recessed wall paneling.
THE RESULT
What was delivered
A timeless contemporary sanctuary with seamless transition from internal living salons to shaded external stone loggias.
